The allure of the Vamps

Vampires have always attracted the interest of so many for ages. We often wonder if they are indeed monsters we should be scared of if they do exist. We often wonder if they still feel human emotions despite their thirst for human blood. Can they still care after all? Shows /movies like True Blood and Twilight have tapped into this curiousity. They show the humane side to a vampire not the barbaric side that we have seen in stories about Dracula. The vamps in these shows are handsome and can attract anyone they like to suck blood from yet they choose to mainstream to act like they are just one of us.It is no wonder why a lot of us (yes including me) are hooked to these shows. It is a great challenge for them to stop their urge and to fight their very own nature. The next highlight for those shows is the romantic relationship that develops between them and their kind hearted and selfless girls but that is one of the boring aspects of the shows because its already a given. The main point we are all excited to see is the eventual transformation of the girls transform from humans to vamps as their wives. It is also exciting to see how the evil vamps find the girls yummier to eat or have after developing a relationship with the vamp which means they are no different from humans where people attached to someone else seem more attractive to most people than those who are singles.

top five people I find beautiful/good looking in the Vamp shows (apart from the main cast):
top 5 - Alice Cullen played by Ashley Greene
top 4- Esme Cullen - Elizabeth Reaser
top 3 - Lafayette - Nelsan Ellis
top 2 - Tara -Rutina Wesley
top 1- Dr. Carlisle - Peter Faccinelli
